Winter Semester Schedule

• Join any time during the semester. Tuition is prorated accordingly (excepting material fee). 
• $50 sibling tuition (fall/winter) discount ($30 spring) offered toward any class. Not to be combined with other offers.
• 2011-2012 Fall and Winter semesters are 13 weeks. Spring is 8 weeks.
• Class size is kept small (up to 7 children) to insure individual attention and focus.

Policies:

Enrollment

Ongoing enrollment is available for those joining the studio.

Partial and Full Scholarships for tuition (excepting materials) are available for economically challenged families.  Please contact me for more information regarding a letter of intent explaining your situation and what you believe your family can afford for tuition.

Class Time

Siblings: Please respect your child's class time by bringing only siblings up to crawling age to Toddler class. Younger siblings are allowed in the Preschoolers/Music Makers class during the last 15 minutes.
Please, no older siblings in the Babies class.

Classroom: Please help me keep the studio clean by leaving drinks and food in your bag. And shoes taken off at the door keeps the outside where it belongs.

Class Make-ups:  Don't worry, you can make up a missed class by attending a make-up session or attending another class during the week. Make-up class dates are determined by parent availability. No refunds on missed classes.

Payment

A deposit of $50 ($20 non-refundable) is requested with your registration ($80 for Music Makers).  This is not a separate fee from the tuition cost of the class. The remaining tuition and materials balance may be paid in full by week three of class or in two equal payments by week three and week seven.

Closures and Instructor Illness

The studio follows the Shoreline School District for snow closure days.  There are class make-ups for instructor illness and will be scheduled as timely as possible.
