You may register one of three ways:

1. Print the registration form for 2010, fill out and mail with a *$50 deposit per child or $80 for Music Makers Home or World students (applied toward your class cost total) to:

2. Email joy@singingheartsmusic.com with your name, child's name, phone number and class choice.  I'll phone you to complete the registration process!

3. Call 206-491-9904 for phone registration.

Please fill out a separate registration for for each child enrolled. Thanks! And remember that there is a sibling discount of $50 applied toward tuition of any class. Summer session $10
